About Weave

Care that braids together medical expertise, education, lived experience, and innate rhythms.

My goal is to support and optimize your health on the journey of who you are becoming, in a way that honors your wholeness and inner knowing. Together, we can nurture a legacy of health rooted in healing, attunement, and compassion.

At Weave Medicine, you will receive care that braids together up-to-date medical expertise and education with your lived experience and innate rhythms, fostering a life that feels vibrant and fully your own.

During Weave Medicine's first year, patient care is focused on the perimenopause and menopause transition. I recommend retaining or obtaining a full-spectrum primary care physician who can navigate urgent, emergency, and complex health system needs. I am happy to collaborate with your primary care physician, OB/GYN, naturopathic physician, or others on your care team.

How we approach medicine at Weave

Collaborative care that gives you time and support.

Patients are an active part of the decision-making process so that you are an agent of your own health as we co-create your health goals.

Your own intuitive wisdom about your body will be strengthened and cultivated.

Flexibility of thought and approach, with openness to adjunct therapies and modalities.

We need community to learn from and heal with one another, holding each other up in reciprocity.

Visits allow time to talk about concerns, ask questions, and participate in your care.

Inclusive, gender-affirming care.

About Me

Family medicine experience with a dedicated menopause focus.

I have been a family medicine physician for 14 years, providing care to individuals, families, and communities across the Pacific Northwest. I am dedicated to providing individualized, compassionate, and holistic patient-centered care.

Osteopathic medical school provided me with an expert understanding of the human body, pathologies, and the natural processes and cycles we experience throughout life, while also emphasizing a holistic approach integrating the body, mind, and spirit.

In addition to a family medicine residency, I completed a fellowship in maternal health with a special emphasis on newborn pediatric care. The first part of my career was dedicated to maternal and infant care, and I was honored to join in welcoming hundreds of babies into their families.

I have two young children of my own and have crossed the thresholds of matrescence, parenting, and midlife, carrying this transformational knowledge into how I practice medicine now.

My work combines western evidence-based training, an osteopathic whole-person approach to wellness, and my own heart-centered human experience to provide nurturing, community-centered care.

At Weave Medicine, my clinical focus is supporting patients through perimenopause and menopause. This transition can touch every part of health, which is why metabolic health, sexual health, and the many physical and emotional changes of midlife are held within one connected approach to care.

I am a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and proud to be a member of an organization that prioritizes high-quality medical care for those in perimenopause and menopause. I am currently enrolled in Terra Sylva School of Botanical Medicine and will be integrating herbalism into my practice tools in the near future.

In my personal time, I treasure exploring the outdoors of the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my family and attending to the cycles of nature and my garden.
